This espresso tamper is wonderful! It has a good weight to it and a high quality handle. I was using the cheap plastic tamper that came with my espresso machine but it was getting bent out of shape so I decided to upgrade. This tamper is a great value and is true to size at 51mm. The seller was very prompt with some questions that I had and shipped it quickly. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is looking for a high quality 51mm espresso tamper.
I could've easily got bought an all steel tamper (with steel handle) for 9.99 but I really prefer the look of this tamper with it's wooden handle so I decided to pay a little extra and I'm so glad I did.
This is a really gorgeous tamper and looks fantastic (just ignore the stupid "Creepy" name).
The first thing I noticed is that it's really heavy. When you use it - the ground coffee just sinks into the filter. Very effective.
I also bought a stainless steel coffee "dosing funnel".
It works great with this tamper - hence this positive review.
Definitely worth the extra few pounds for the wooden handle.

Comes with a tamper mat that I didn’t know I needed. Saves having to order one separately. This is the only one I saw that included the mat.
